Sorry to say he was referred to us by another attorney. This was a Domestic Relations case for a reduction in child support, father medically discharged from the military with only a small retired pay and VA Benefits was being developed but not yet rated and this takes time. This attorney was not prepared, even though we submitted documents covering a couple of years and that they based his support on previous pay and not Navy pay, it was too much paperwork to read. Tenacity?-only for himself as most lawyers charged far less then he did. Did not communicate well, the case was continued and he wanted the same amount up front. So this man did nothing and wanted more. We changed lawyers with excellent results. I would not recommend him to my worst enemy.
