Terrible! Unprofessional and careless. Makes spelling errors and gets dates wrong all the time. He is not honest and doesnt care ifhis clients are honest either. Cant be taken seriously.

Had 2 car accidents. He promised that since he blew the first case that the second case would be better. I got less on the second case! I could never get in touch with him. He never called back. He charged me for filing for PIP and I never even got paid lost wages! He had his secretaries lie for him. He has a lot of knowledge of the law but if you are not going to make him millions don't bother with him. He does not care about small cases or the "little guy" like he claims.After waiting almost 3 years for him to even get an offer from the insurance company, he told me to wait it out and that I should not take the offer that he could get more money. 6 months later he told me to just settle for what they were offering...which was no more than 6 months ago. He is less than honest and so are his employees. Do not hire Jeffrey Glassman. He does not care about you or your small case.
