This is one of the worst attorneys out there. He suggested things that weren't legally sensible and only ended up dragging out the process and in doing so increasing my costs. My case should have been wrapped up with a simple mediation and instead David Maddox drug it on for years in legal battles. In the end more was lost than gained. Be more sensible than to use this attorney. Be smarter than I was use someone who gives sound legal advice.

He is tenacious, extremely knowledgeable, and and got my case dismissed by negotiating with the prosecutor.

David Maddox, Kept me in court for 3 years and I was only. I had to hire another attorney. The new attorney had my case completed in 1 1/2 months compared to 3 years. I would never hire him he is the worst attorney. Look at the attorney bar association.

I hired this lawyer to handle a simple modification long story short he quoted me one price charged triple, never returns calls won't work unless I send in money every week and just plain does not care about me or my case.

I actually hired David to help me finish a nightmare divorce case. He not only scooped me up out of a mess my other attorney couldn't get a handle on but did more in 3 days than my other attorney did in three years. He has done an amazing job for me and tried to be fair with his fees as well as keep me updated on the progress of the case. (Then again I am tenacious)He has not only stood up to my ex's bully attorney, but I finally feel like he has unscrambled and organized an incredibly difficult case. I have consulted with many attorneys regarding this case and in my opinion he is one of the best.

I filed a divorce to Utah 3rd District Court in June 2006. Two weeks later my ex husband hired a lawyer, so I hired one too (David Maddox) We did a mediation in November 2006 and then both my lawyer (David Maddox) and my ex husband lawyer (Amy Fortune) sat on it. Both lawyers can't get a hold of each other for over three years in the same city and the same county. All that hes done for me was to get the chirld support converted into a $ into a percentage, so I don't have to discuss money ever again in case something goes wrong withmy ex employment. In 2009 I got pregnant with my current boy friend so in Feb. 2009 I pushed to get the divored bifurcated so I can get my own insurance with the company I work with. Until now the remaining issues hasn't been ressolved and finalized. Obviously what was agreed on the mediation over 4 years ago should be changed. My ex got married and now have 2 kids. Well all I can say is he is the worst lawyer this is.
