I paid attorney Calhoun Pruitt 2500.00 retainer fee and later found that he had no experience in my case.I ask for my files and informed him that I was retaining another attorney. I ask for a portion of the fee and he replied,NO!I filed a report to the s.c. bar association and Sandra Chipman was the assigned member.During my interview she said and quote" In a few weeks you and your case will be forgotten but I will have to work with these people."It was obvious that she was going to rule in his favor eventhough she seemed to know I had been cheated. She was more concerned about her future than my money.
