My son went to Mr. Whitworth for a paternity case to have rights to his son. He charged my son $1500.00 for the entire case. It has now been 3 months and my son still has no visitation, and nothing at all was done. Now he has to obtain another lawyer and his son is 3 months old and still has not been able to have visitation. Now, it is even harder to establish a case and Dan has actually made it much harder. PLEASE BE ADVISED!there is no excuse for him or for those in his office to ok this. I will be reporting him to the bar. He is also at this time being investigated for MALPRACTICE. BE WARE!!!!
