My experience with Mr. Jim Tom Haynes has been extremely disappointing to say the least. He was not interested in my case, he did not become familiar with details of it, refused to work at all. He was passive all along and silent when it came to legal advice. Not only did I do all the work on my case myself but he did not even bother to read it. He was just there while of course getting paid. During the process Mr. Haynes assured me of one thing and one thing only: whatever the decision on my case would be I can still file another application. Of course the only winner here was Mr. Haynes who would cash in all along. Not only was Mr. Haynes passive but he did on purpose withhold key legal procedural information from me so as the process can be dragged on indefinitely. Mr. Haynes' unscrupulous behavior and his severe lack of ethics in his work seriously disrupts people's lives. Mr. Hynes should not be allowed to practice law.
