Seems to have deteriorated mentally. Has lost vision and hearing and is unable to follow the trial. Seemed to forget most of the communication and relevant issues during the process. Forgets his line of thought while addressing witnesses, the jury or the judge. Truly a devastating loss of money for me and a total victory for his opponent. I felt like a lamb being led to slaughter under Burley's legal counsel.
