I am being forced to do their job. I'm the one calling tricare after a yr when i found out that they never had any contact between the two. They only care about a quick buck.And not your health. About 2 months after my injury they told me that i had to stop receiving treatment or i wouldn't get any cash from the settlement.

upon first contacting him about someone in his phoenix firm...he tells me that he found my email "in his junk file"...this left me feeling degraded.HORRIBLE. I AM IN THE PROCESS OF GOING TO THE COURTHOUSE TO GET MY OWN FILED PAPERWORK.
