Do not waste your time with this attorney!!! I had to constantly call him to find out the status of my case and he had usually done NOTHING!I called him repeatedly telling him that something funny was going on with my ex, because I could tell that he was up to something. I begged Al to be on "High Alert". He should check upcoming court dates, etc.& so that nothing slipped by! A few days later I get a text message from my Ex stating that "HAHA I have full custody of our son and you are going to have to pay child support. You are court ordered to stay away from Preston and me until the next court date! I immediately called Al Shapiro and asked him what in the world my Ex could have been talking about. He said that I needed to come by his office to talk. He told me that he was served earlier that morning. He said he was preparing for trial the next day & didn't have time to deal with this. He caused me to loose custody of my son & I have been trying to dig myself out ever since!!
