This man ruined so much for me. I lost my kids and so much more for no good reason. He was on criminal probation, which I found out after it was too late. Just saw where he passed last month. I’m sure between the alcohol and drugs, he indirectly killed himself. The judge knew how bad my attorney was and let my then 9 year old child determine the fate of which direction they went. I’m so disappointed with the judicial system and what actually occurred with my divorce and what happened in court. My lawyer did nothing for me but talk to his girlfriend way too often on the phone while I sat there in his office trying to figure out the direction of my very good case. Live and learn. I’m sure God had a place for this lousy attorney.

With Jimmy I lost everything. With a good lawyer I would have had a great case in court. He didn't care and because of that my children are suffering, having been placed with the wrong parent during our divorce case. Jimmy constantly was changing his cell phone # making it hard to get ahold of him. I did work on my case because my attorney did not have the time. Then the judge punished me for my involvement in the case, without my attorney stepping in and sticking up for me. Someone had to do something, I was told that Jimmy has a criminal history and I pulled it up and it is true, don't knnow why the State Bar hasnt intervened. Something needs to be done. Dont use Acrey if you need any kind of decent representation.
