This attorney is the only attorney that would have worked in this case -- without fees -- for 15 years! The negative comment is absurd. I know for a fact because I was part of the case and this individual is only selfishly concerned with his own greed. Brock has done a fantastic job of getting us a settlement and is a reputable, honest, very gifted lawyer!

Have known Brock since 1997. He is primarily a defense attorney who has fantastic credentials and an impeccable reputation. He cares about his clients. One tough and unprecedented multiple plaintiff case turned out fair, but could have been a disaster. He did a job maybe one out of a million would have even attempted and stuck it out over a decade when he could have cut and run. He is one attorney you can trust.

I have been a client of Mr. Akers for over 15 years. He has represented both my personal and business interests and done an exceptional job in all cases involved. His integrity and honesty are impecable. Both Mr. Akers and his firm are well respected by their peers. I would recommend Mr. Akers to anyone with difficult legal issues.

I am sure I know who rated this attorney and his firm in a negative way. Serveral of us were in a law suite together and after settlement was reached 2 in our group (1 which I belive is the negative report)was not happy with the settlement and has tried to stop the proceeding for the rest of us to get our settlement. There's always 1 or 2 bad apples in a basket.

This attorney has cost me millions. Grants professional courtesies to the other side to the detriment of his client. Questions regarding financial viability of the firm. Probably ok for defense work - but run from him as a plaintiff's attorney. Am considering legal malpractice against him and his firm.
