Completely unprepared for court. He acted like he was not familiar with my case as he stood in front of the judge speaking gobble gook. It was humiliating.... I spent $5K to find out I made a huge mistake. I found him through one of his office staff personnel. She recommend another attorney when I asked for a recommendation and now I know why....

I found this lawyer very knowledgeable and a good trial lawyer. I would prefer someone with experience rather than someone without much court room experience. In my opinion you just roll the dice with Judges some are fair and some are not! But they are only human, or are they?

This OLD attorney failed to represent me properly, he continued to call my daughters mother my ex-wife, when we were never married, he was poorly received from the Judge in our court room. As far as I am concerned, he nickle and dimed me for doing NOTHING and should have retired 20 years ago. Mr. Baumer is a horrible representation of a lawyer! DO NOT HIRE HIM
