Move on, find someone else...anyone else. Lazy, poor communication...let me put it this way, you're going to lose the case with this guy.

Terrible. Refused to represent me because I wrote him an e-mail at 2:00 AM; must have woke him up.

I got what I paid for. Other law firms had larger retainer fees so I went with Mr. Scavuzzo with a lower retainer fee. I had to keep my own records make my own copies and provide copies to Mr. Scavuzzo. Mr. Scavuzzo's office is hourly rental? where he has to pay for each copy and parking validation. So he is reluctant to make copies or validate parking.
These were minor issues. The bigger issues were lack of regular updates whether there was progress or no progress. You can expect very, very minimal communication and when I asked questions (since I am not a lawyer) he seemed to get frustrated or take it as a challenge against him. When the case stated dragging on and we were not offered a fast settlement I quickly got the feeling I did not have an advocate just a representative who file the paper work. The case took years and as far as I know Mr. Scavuzzo did no investigation, fact finding or fact checking of his own.
