Danita does not care about her clients. She charges for emails and texts that she does not read or answer questions. She does not fight for her clients and allows delays to run up her income and client expenses with no regard. She is a waste of money and time. Cost me an extra $100,000 in unnecessary expense. Did not care. Useless. Even ex-employee said she could not get things done. Can not communicate or negotiate. Don't hire. Rude will not work for you. Only interested in running up bill and will place judgement against you if not pay. She will not tell you what she has done or achieved.

She got my son primary custody but did NOT put what we didn't agree to into consideration just because the mother had a bad childhood doesn't mean she can keep bring kids into this world to neglect and see them when it's convenient for you.

Danita Alt is by far the worst human being that I have ever met! For almost 4 yrs. This woman has literally ripped and restored our family. Please, I beg you anyone to avoid her at all costs anyone who leaves a comment in her favor are as unethical as she is. I pray in the name of Jesus! Please God remove her . Everything she does is elegule. She doesn't care about children. She goes to court with no proof. I could go on and on, but it seems as if no one listens. She need to be disbarred.God willing I will fight to make this happen. If it takes every dime I have. How can she place my grandchildren in the hands of a documented child malester. Run from her as fast and far as you can. She has put a no contact order on the father, but insist his mother gets visits, knowing that she knows what happening. The grandmother told my granddaughter that she was only dreaming when she told her what he has been doing to her and her sister. There is documents from a court mandated therapist.

My ex husband, who cheated on me with the neighbor(they went to high school together and she messaged him on fb messenger and that's how it all started)said *I* was the one having an affair. When my lawyer let Danita know that I wasn't the one having the affair, She wrote back "I don't believe her." I know it was his lawyer, but have some common decency over a victim that just dealt with horrible emotional abuse and then he slept with the neighbor. Don't try to protect a narcissist! It's crushing to hear "I don't believe her" when you've already been through so much. That almost put me over the edge because I'm already so depressed over this divorce and feel worthless. I also have a customer who was raped and she told me Danita said in court "Well were you wearing a low cut shirt?" She said that also almost made her kill herself. Also our divorce decree was written like a kindergartner wrote it and had to be redone. That cost ME an extra $160 because this lawyer can't spell or type.

Danita was incredible. I really liked her strong no nonsense personality. She’s very knowledgeable with CPS and she helped us when false accusations were made against us. She walked us through every step of the way and we are so grateful. Her support staff was also very nice. I highly recommend Danita.

Danita is a bitter women. She doesn't communicate with her client's nor does she do what is best for families. She is a bully and is in it for the money not the client's.

We called Danita when CPS seized custody of our daughter based on fictitious allegations by a family member who wanted custody of her. CPS was keeping us in the dark... we didn't know where she was, if she was alive or okay as she was seized in the middle of the night without our knowledge. Within 5 minutes, Danita knew where she was. By the next day, we had custody back. The allegations against us were long and other lawyers told us we were in serious trouble and we may never see her again and could face criminal charges. I really don't know where we'd be without Danita. We are so grateful.

her view of others is tainted by lies and revenge. she doesn't look in to what they kids needs or whats. she looks for what she thinks is better. And keeping any child from their family is NUTS. She uses her power to play on people. her office is poorly staffed. they cancel appointments 30 mins before them not in a timely manner

She knows the law and has been a lawyer for a long time. Ms. Alt is out of touch with her clients and will try to negotiate a deal rather than do what's best for her client.

Horrible choice for an attorney for my custody case. She put me at risk of losing my children when I was the one who called CPS to PROTECT them. She was Never available for advice, her staff is a joke, and so was I to her. It is going to be tough but I Deserve custody of my children, but she did serious damage , she missed deadlines of mine and recklessly filed paperwork without knowing the details of my case. I think I still can do it once i find an attorney but not with a single bit of help from her. Make sure that you get an attorney that will protect you and your rights from CPS. Get one experienced in dealing with cps. I am terrified for my babies because of her negligence please dont make the same mistake i did. I hope anyone reading this is already running. trusting her was the worst mistake of my life.

i think she was on top of her game. she was there when I needed her and willing to listen to my case and advised me of my options before moving forward as well as the risk that was involved.

I used Danita Alt also and my kids were taken from me also. She was never prepared in court, she doesn't respond to calls nor do she return emails. I requested something for my case and she didn't respond for 3 months. Her staff is also incompetent. Her along with Mr Harding are the worst i've every seen. I ended up filing my own papers and firing her as my attorney.

HORRIBLE attorney!!! I did what Danita Alt insisted that I do and BOTH of my girls were removed from my custody. My almost 80 yo mother and I did what Danita insisted that I do, and DSS came and removed both of my girls. I had cusody of both of my girls and Danital Alt would NOT represent me to get my girls back and my aalmost 80 yo mother took a video of the youngest child exhibiting learned sexual behavior from watching the mother and her live in boyfriend and Danita Alt had the video for almost 2 months. She instructed me to show Social Services when they come over. Mom showed them and BOTH of my girls were removed by DSS!!!......I 've seen them twice in 15 months and my mother hasn't ween them at all. I live with my mother and my mother was close to both girls! Danita Alt is also a GAL on the 26th district for Guardian Ad litems. I would NEVER hire her under any circumstances.
