Click to report rating    12/26/11 Very poor communication. Completely ignores emails. Takes multiple follow ups over several weeks to get any kind of response at all. RID: 57659
Click to report rating    1/12/09 I was warned not to use Coomer, but had to anyway. Coomer did nothing, failed to return emails or calls in a timely manner or at all. Paid a retainer for his services. When I terminated his services for not returning phone calls or emails, he claimed his firm spent five hours on my case and kept 40% of the retainer. The five hours he claimed despite being instructed NOT to do anything and wait for audio files to be transcribed (by me) before taking any actions. A month after I sent a certified letter demanding an accounting of his time(he ignored it) and an email suggesting I would file a complaint with the State Bar, he "created" a bill. He charged five minutes on such items as reading two sentence emails, that he didn't bother to respond back. The bill was a fanciful concoction that in the end, added up to five hours. Avoid this guy! RID: 14918
