A used car salesman in a lawyers suit. Hired him for a child custody case. He retrialed the case for no explicable reason. Had us spend several months preparing a speech, testimonies, referral letters from friends and teachers, and then other legal documentation so we could make a case. Paying him the entire time of course. On the day of the trial he canned all of that and instead made a settlement deal with the opponents lawyer in a backroom meeting that lasted 5 minutes. He didn't even explain the details of this "plan" until we found out midway through the hearing that we were FORFEITING half of the custody. When contested he then threatened to abandon us right in the middle of court if we didn't comply. He then lied in his explanation that it was a temporary settlement, and at the end of it he had another court date scheduled where we'd win it once and for all. There is no court date, and once the period is up it's permanent. He cut all contact after the trial so now we're screwed.

He was paid money and lied about doing the work for 6 months on the 7th month his paralegal was recorded saying he never filed the motions that he was paid to do. Drove 4 hours after emails reqesting my refund for a scheduled meeting only to meet a billigerant and unprofessional aggressive attorney. he became so irrate in front of my 6 year old daughter as he jumped in my face and said **** get out of my office. My daighter is now in counseling for the fear she has for a man that she doesnt know that she witnessed was going to harm her mom if there wasnt witnessed there to stop him from approaching me and my daughter in such an aggressive manner. I am now going through legal proceedings to get my money and prosecute for everything he has done and especially the outrage and aggressive behavior on front of my child. I want to make sure this doesnt happen to anyone again. I will do everything in my power to seek justice
