Click to report rating    11/1/18 I wouldn't use this lawyer my daughter hired him after one year's time she got peanuts out of it when her car was totaled and they screwed her out of a rental car in the beginning these people never had my daughter's best interest at hand and I would never recommend them or use them! * 		 8/25/17 The Good.John seems to be knowledgeable in regards to the law. The bad, Critzos lack of communication, negative attitude, and attention to detail. Many of my question in regards to my case went unanswered. Everything just seemed routine. I settled for less than the insurance company's initial offer and do not recommend him. RID: 189505

Mr.Critzos and his staff are very polite and eager to help. He always had time to answer my questions and never got upset if I didn't understand. He made sure I received the care that I needed. His staff is extremely helpful and always willing to answer any questions!!! Mr. Critzos was always extremely kind and never had any hesitations to meet with me when I needed further clarification!
