Click to report rating    8/30/16 Secretary was very rude. I was unable to resolve a billing issue ( on a bill that I do not owe ) . I asked for a detailed / itemized statement and she flat out refused to send that out. I also, think it is a legal requirement to tell me what i am being summoned for. RID: 173668

Click to report rating    3/2/15 Just hung up with the supposed "supervisor" and she was a sorry excuse of a person. RUDE RUDE RUDE, wanted to jumpt through the phone at her! I'm not sure what they do here, but customer service is not it. I will continue to spread my experience about them through out the internet! Hopefully I can prevent anyone from dealing with them in the future....blood is boiling right now!!! RID: 151114
