I would not recommend hiring this lawyer even if your life depends on it. He does not communicate with you and he treats you like you are garbage. He should be helping you to understand or at least do his job. He hasn't done any work for years and he does not provide any information

Worst person ever I know he has helped some people since my friend refer me to him however since the beginning it was always something we went the first time and he was extremely rude disrespectful, we figure he had a bad day we we tried him again the second time around he said that was an easy case and he asked us to get the money ready and the documents when we took the documents back to him in less than 2 weeks he insulted us calling us idiots , not know how to do anything and on top of that he changed his story and when I confronted him he said he had not said that and that it was not his fault , and I quote " it's your presidents fault not mine" you going to waste money say away from him. I could give him 0 starts I would for sure.

This is the most inefficient person I have ever done business with.
I booked an appt for 10am and he changed it to 10,30am - when I explained I had to be somewhere else and we had agreed 10. He was rude to me and my religion - TERRIBLE. I would NOT recommend this person - I am leaving reviews where ever I can

Long time ago, Simon helped me out with my green card as well as later my cityzenship. He was very direct and his fees very fair. I noticed everyone else would know him at the USCIS in Tampa. I will hire him again if needed.

When I entered the office I closed the door immediately and went to the next door. It was so filthy, I couldn’t believe it was a lawyer’s office. I confirmed that was the place, so I came back and told myself not to judge a book by its cover. I asked clients’ opinions while I was waiting. I swear none of them told me he was good at least. All said he was very cheap, though. I drove a lot, so I wanted to see him. Oh, God! After a 10 minute meeting, he buried every single nice adjective I could say about him.This “gentleman” has no respect for the people who hire him. He tries to intimidate them so they get afraid and hire him on the spot. He is the most rude person I have talked to in the US and most terrible, he claims that is the way Americans think. If you do not have enough resources, go to the Lutheran Services or Catholic Charities. But don’t fall in the spiderweb. At the end, his work could be as filthy as his office.

Very bad reputation , unethical, hard to reach , office is a mess . He does not meet anyone legal needs . I will never recommend this attorney.

I was referred to him by a USCIS immigration official, believe it or not. After a disastrous interview precipitated by a self-initiated I-485 application which resulted in a deportation notice, I was at my absolute wits' end. Mr. Tsang is quirky and super fast, so, to some people, he can come off as direct. He is so reasonably priced that, with such a complicated process, his time is of the essence. He salvaged my family's case and identified the gap in my previous application. Within no time, my case was back on track without any disruption in work or status. He is not fancy and neither does he boast of fancy billboards, offices or other luxuries that would show up in obnoxious fees. He is lean and very efficient. Very highly recommended. For a mere fraction of what other fancy lawyers charge, you will get efficiency, thorough knowledge of the law and fastidious representation.

Out of this world. The best ever lawyer I have met. His motto is Help people. Very kind person. Yeah! why no is the #1 in knowledge. When other two no efficient lawyer sated that my husband case was a lose case. Lawyer Simon resolved it we no problem. Very respectful person who explain everything step by step.
