Michael Black is an absolute crook. High pressure and low ethics. Not sure how he sleeps at night. Run from this guy.

Mr Black was involved in divorce property settlement decisions. He was biased, would not provide rationale for decisions, didn't review information provided from both sides, slow to communicate, and required much time spent on discussions of worthless items but little on items of value which racked up the bill. He applied one decision rule at one time and then changed rules for later items. The worst experience ever and total waste of money.

Mr. Black represented myself and two associates. Eventually, myself and one of my associates entered into a lawsuit against the other associate. Rather then excusing himself from representing any of us because of his obvious conflict of interest, Mr. Black saw dollar signs and insisted on representing the other associate. He actually deposed me before I was able to convince the Office of Lawyer's Professional Responsibility that he should not be representing any party adverse to me or my associate as we had retained him previously. Defending himself by lying to the Office of Lawyer's Professional Responsibility, Mr. Black was admonished by the OLPR and directed to cease representing the opposing associate. Mr. Black is exactly the kind of lawyer who gives attorneys a bad reputation. Low low ethical standards.
