	11/25/08	Landlord-tenant law: was able to convert 47 rental forms to comply with ID law in about 2 weeks. Recommend him for any landlord-tenant issue. Doesn't list much on his website about it but he is very good. Hard to reach at first but then great communication and fast, efficient, knowledgable work. Thanks Holger!
