used for age discrimination case.
1)NOT RECCOMENDED. VERY BAD
2)very good at taking $3500.00 from me.
3) but when it came to doing the work. (depositions and representation).
4) They withdrew without doing the work/discovery necessary to respond to pending motions on the other side.
5) they also never responded to pending motions while withdrawing.
6) this caused me to have a $600.00 judgment against me. When asked if they would fix the situation they just said I should pay the judgement money.

Mr. Cornell filed three lawsuits on my behalf involving the same facts and the exact same matter by splitting the defendants. From the onset I requested that Mr. Cornell add all of the responsible parties in one lawsuit. He informed me that legally I could not join all of the parties in one action. Four years later, I would discover from other attorneys and a state court judge just the opposite. Legally there should have been only one lawsuit. There are basic principles in the law that prohibit and discourage this type behavior. Mr. Cornell ignored the common nucleus-of-operative-facts doctrine, defensive collateral estoppel and collateral estoppel during four years of needless litigation. His actions proved a financial disaster for me, his former client. Mr. Cornell withdrew as counsel after causing this fiasco. As a result of his behavior, I incurred an enormous amount of unnecessary/duplicated legal expenses, court cost and proved a total waste of time.

G.Ware Cornell failed to do any legal research pertaining to my cases, as a consequence he did not file the
appropriate motions and/or make the expected/appropriate/evident legal argument. His negligent and incompetent behavior
turned what should have been one lawsuit into three. His blunders have resulted in three years of additional litigation, time,
money (over $20,000.00), and defendant's court cost levied against me. In April 2007, I requested that Cornell join all parties, DaimlerChrysler Fin.,
Freightliner and related entities, in the first lawsuit. He stated that," for legal reasons I could only sue my
employer".I have since discovered that all parties could have been joined under the "Joint Employer
Doctrine".Mr.Cornell lied to me.Mr.Cornell also posted a deposition form my trial on the internet that I discovered when I conducted a "Google Search" on my name.He posted the document through a site called "Scribd" linked to Facebook, Google & other Internet sites.
