	8/10/10	He failed to represent our position properly to the other side. He made decisions without consulting us. He drew up a confidentiality agreement that benefitted the opposing side, without consulting us and tried to charge us for it. He failed to bring back a final offer of settlement because he felt it was not in our best interest. We had to retain a new competent attorney at additional cost to obtain the same settlement we could have gotten, had he made us aware of it. He also tried to cahrge an additional $400.00 fee, but could not break down what the fee was for.
