I have been dealing with this firm for 7 months have paid them the required fee, signed paperwork 3 months ago still no filing everyday it's another excuse

The attorney is horrible , lets cases fall through the cracks, misfiles things and is always in and out attending to her life and kids which makes it a despicable unorganized place. If you have mortgage modifications or a bankruptcy PLEASE do NOT trust them they have so many blunders and twenty something college kids working there that aren't serious and know how to be professional. The secretary is always complaining about the people who call who just want to know about their bankruptcies, alot of loud cursing and moodiness from the girl who answers the phones. I have dealt with tough arrogant people but I never have been treated in such a heartless matter.
