Mr. Smitherman is very knowlegeable of the law and is also very persistant on getting the best outcome of any case.

I would use him any day of the week. He has done right by me. He is compassionate, caring, trusting, and if he says he will do it, he will. He gives back to the community and donates alot of his time to kids the see him as a mentor.
