I would not recommend her either. She was expensive and i ended up losing time with my child and my child support doubled. After court she went on to have lunch with Randy Fuerst the opposing attorney ??

She is only concerned about money!!!! Does not listen to you in court and does not tell the complete story. Lied to me then denied she said it. Makes you fill out unnecessary paperwork just so she can charge you. Better off representing yourself then going through her. Only wants your money and you get nothing better in return.

Unfortunately I had to rate a 1, she really deserves a 0! Don't use unless you want to run through your entire life savings and end up with nothing in the end. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I hired her, maybe then I wouldn't be broke and have a leg to stand on. Seek an attorney elsewhere!

My divorce is final however I've spent over $30,000 with her and still custody and property settlement has yet to be resolved. We went to court in which the first day I got on the stand. I was interrogated during which two items came up that we discussed being negative on my part. I discussed both of these items with my son's councillor whom started these are not negative in fact positive. I relayed this information to Evelyn. The councillor was brought in the next day as an expert witness. Evelyn never asked her anything about this,even with me sitting beside her asking her to. One of the items the court viewed as negative was me getting engaged. I cleared this with Evelyn thru her paralegal. Evelyn not only denied this but told me she did not believe me. She did not believe that her paralegal said it was ok. I got back to my truck and forwarded the email from her paralegal. The only response I received was them asking for more money.

She drug my divorce settlement on for five years and charged me over $30,000. She sat there in court and never defended me as my ex-husbands attorney raped me for everything. She allowed my ex-husband to charge me rent for each month me and our minor child stayed in our home we shared for twenty five years. My ex-husband walked away with $140,000 while I walked away with only $45,000, which was only $15,000 after her fees. Then she failed to include my ex-husbands retirement and savings he owed me, which I had told her countless times. I hope I spare someone else the hell she has put me and my son through.

My property settlement has been going on for 5 years now with two of my ex-wives. $74,000 later and still no settlement has been done! I thought****was illegal!!! I had to fire her and hire a new attorney. This attorney bills you for EVERYTHING and she does not care!She has no client/attorney relationship at all and she cannot keep a paralegal working for her. Since I hired her she went through 4 differant paralegals! Horrible attorney! No attorney is better than this one! WARNING: Do not hire her for anything!
