I cannot recommend the services of James Andrle. I retained Mr. Andrle in July to help my son with his child custody case. My son and I were getting frustrated with the speed of the process. Mr. Andrle got upset because my son texted him twice while he was supposedly in court. He sent my son an email lecturing him on how rude he was. He fired us as clients immediately after I sent him an email being sarcastic about how he got his feelings hurt. He then blocked my emails. Sounds very professional. He was our attorney for approximately 3 months, attended 3 zoom meetings on court dates. Apon receiving his itemized bill, he charged us for two meetings which he said were free. After 3 months of his services, he managed to bill us $2,050.00. I question his ethics. I believe he owes me $450.00 back for the free meetings that he billed me for. I look forward to his retort, saying that I am some how a bad father because my son was rude to him.

I am truly saddened by this woman's negative comments toward me. She has splashed my name all over social media and attempted to besmirch my name. If you text me 20 plus times after hours and email me double that when I ask you to contact me during business hours absent an emergency, its kind of a red flag. What you are saying woman are lies. Nothing more. You tried to turn me in to the disciplinary committee and they felt your claim was so baseless they did not even ask for me to respond. Let's talk about ethical conduct. I wanted nothing more to do you with despite working hours on your case and answering your unending littany of emails. Because I wanted nothing to do with you I fired you and send you all of your money back. AFTER you cashed the checks, you fraudulently reversed the charge on your credit card. So you basically stole $1,500.00 from me. Yet am unethical. Attorneys beware. Research your potential client. Clients beware, narcisistic individuals will lie all day.

I hired this lawyer on February 2019. He is so unprofessional and unethical lawyer. He is very greedy lawyer and lie. In our agreement my retainer is in the TRUST account and the lawyer have no right to take it without my consent of charges. This man delayed his work for over two weeks. I decided to FIRE this man because of lacking of care and delayed of working.James is very emotional and take things to personal such as giving me the attitude if I contact him to follow up with the case or when I disagree with his advise he emails to me that he believes I will not be successful to Modify the parenting agreement if I am against his opinion. He advised me to lie to respond the Notice to Produce, this is the red flag signal to me.I finally decided to fire him and I asked for the full refund. He told me to not contact him back otherwise he will "CALL POLICE"
This is proof of how childish and unprofessional of this Lawyer.I am contacting the ARDC already and I will let them take in charge

Even though as a great lawyer, he told me what I could realistically expect, he was able to get me everything I wanted. I am extremely satisfied having Mr. Andrle on my side. I wouldn't recommend any other lawyer. The website seems to be off though because Mr. Andrle has his own private practice now, so look for him.

Great attorney that is there for clients. Very hard working for me and my case. I walked away with what I wanted and more. Would recommend to my family and friends for sure
