	7/16/20	She breaches her fiduciary duties to her clients on many levels, but is more than happy to take your money. All you really need to know is that she is friends with Attorney Elena Popp (another tenants' attorney that is infamous for her breach of fiduciary duties to clients), Check out Elena's and Fran's reviews on here and in yelp, including the "non-recommended reviews" section of Yelp
	1/19/19	Satan. Pure and simple. A horrible attorney with extremely unprofessional and unethical behavior.
	7/9/13	She tells you one thing before she has your money and something completely different after she has your money. She is nice enough, but seems to have trouble maintaining her professional/fiduciary duties to her clients particularly if you disagree with her or go against her wishes. She will do you want if you go against her wishes, but in a way so as to punish you for going against her wishes. She also has trouble maintaining her fiduciary duties to her clients when she is friendly with opposing counsel. Also her courtroom style/presentation skills are kind of sloppy/unprepared and leave a lot to be desired. Although a lot of attorneys are friendly with opposing counsel, most of the time it doesn't cloud the attorney's judgement/duties owed to their clients....not the case with Ms. Campbell.
