	1/9/20	I hired David to help with a contract issue with the state of Nebraska. He wrote one letter and made one phone call for $1,500. He billed me 1 1/2 hours for the one call he made. He promised to make an additional call but never responded to me after that. He wouldn't respond to my emails or phone calls.
