Carmen Smith was very disorganized, didn't return phone calls, broke appointments,very unpleasant when I insisted that she talk to me. Procrastinated on my case months on end. She also presented things to the court, that were not my requests.When I had to let her go for poor performance, she reacted badly by placing a lien on my house, without any notification to me whatsoever. When I dismissed her (in writing) I stated the reasaon was the greatly inflated bill she sent, however I told her there were many other reasons, which I would be glad to discuss with her, if she wanted. Told her to call me if she wanted to discuss the other reasons that lead to her dismissal. She never responded, except to file the lien on my house. Very, very bad experience with Carmen Smith
