	9/20/12	Scott Midgley represented me in my 2003 divorce. After going through my divorce, I know more about what should and should not be done . He had me sign a non-modifiable spousal maintenance agreement for a large amount of monthly payments. Even if my legs were amputated, I would always be responsible to make a monthly payment to my ex-wife. He had my home appraised with a drive-by appraisal. No interior or back yard improvements were considered. He did not have a professional appraisal service do an accounting of the personal property. He did not have an accounting of credit card bills or bank safety deposit boxes. 	10/29/11	Mr. Midgley assisted me with a post-decree modification order. During our initial consultation he laid out what might happen in such a case and what he would do in my matter. Then, he did what he said he would do in a timely fashion. The modification went through, under terms favorable to me. Throughout the process I was kept informed of how the case was progressing, and I wasn't billed for superfluous work. Overall I'm satisfied with the way my matter was handled and how I was treated.
