You’ll feel trapped in a very difficult episode of The Twilight Zone if you have the misfortune of being assigned to the courtroom of Judge Dinah Archambault. Costly indecision is her middle name. Her gaze frantically swivels back and forth between the attorneys— won’t someone make a decision for me her expression pleads. Continuances? Dame Dinah has never met one she didn’t like. I had 22-25 or more. Who’s counting? It’s only money. Speaking of money, that nauseous odor you inhale is your precious family resources going up in smoke while the “Waffle Queen” of Will County fiddles, dawdles, or goes out of town on yet another trip. Through crocodile tears, she pities herself for landing such a tough caseload of intractable cases, what a circus - except she’s the Ringmaster orchestrating this mess.

She ordered my friend to pay 800 dollars in child support and an additional 800 a month for activities. Problem with that is he only brings home 1800 a month!! So je has to survive off of 200 dollars a month which does not cover food or anything else! I agree with everyone elses comments. She allows people to lie, and she makes rulings off of hear say and ignores the facts! She is definitely a man hater! Women makes over 100k a year compared to his 49k a year and he's ordered to oay 1600 a month?? How is he supposed to survive? He won't, thats the answer! She should ne removed from her position immediately!!

Wow, back again in front of judge sthit for brains. I make less than $40K a year, Exwife makes about $150K. I am ordered to pay almost $700 a month in CS. Are you fing kidding me? Why? Because I live 1000 miles away and wasn't there to take the kids on my weekends, wipe their noses when they had colds, drive the kids to their events and cook and clean up after them. Nearest airport if I could afford tickets was 450 miles away, the wrong way. Idiot judge. wtf.

If you are looking for injustice, go to room 301 of the justicebunker in Joilet. The manhater in the black robe will adjudicate you so badly, you will want to set yrself on fire out in front of the courthouse, if you aren't held in contempt. Good luck if this beast is handling your case.

I am commenting on Dinah is a Judge , I received no Justice during my devoirs . Had to leave my marriage home because of ongoing verbal and mental abuse ,moved from one family member to another at least 6 times . while undergoing a very serious brain operation . My now Ex husband was never made to pay a very small amount of support to me ( $ 200 a week ) he has made over $100.000 a year . He was allowed to lie about not working even though my attorney had information that he was . while this Judge yelled at for shaking my head no shortly after my brain operation . after the devoirs papers where written up my husband admitted he was working full time . I do not know if I was treated tis way because my Ex husbands family has lived in Joliet for years , as has Judge Dinah's or because I am a medical cannabis activist . but I do know that No woman or man should be subject to this type of one sided treatment .

Dinah does not use facts of the case and damages families more than she probably realizes. Perjury charge, what's that??? Allows people to lie, defame, and insult others with no regard to the law she is there to enforce. Worst Judge I have ever dealt with. Grants petitions she has no jurisdiction over and then gets mad when brought to her attention. Very biased in decisions and I hope she isn't around much longer.

Archambeault is full throttle on gender bias in the family law arena. I had a grandmother to my children hit them as I was trying to protect them from her. Under oath the grandmother said she never touched them. Interviews with the children showed beatings occurred. No pergury no nothing. Stay clear of Dinah as she makes more problems for herself and her bias
