Very disorganized. Lost original deed of trust for over a month. Accused seller of not sending in original docs. Never reply to questions from the seller or buyer. Terrible service!

Refused to follow instructions after taking $5000. I told them I could afford no more than $2000/month. They charged me $20,000/month. They cost me over $300,000 because I would not pay them the money we did not agree to and they dropped the case a day before the trial. Then they sued me for the money I had not agreed to pay them. They now want over $30,000 for one months work. Most of their billing was from several of them sitting around talking at a table with me having to pay for all of them.
