Outstanding attorney. Both knowledgeable of the law and its practice. Highly ethical.

$5K up front with ZERO return on investment. Horrible attorney. Misrepresented what he could do for my case.

These reviews are insane. When you habe wrongful termination, it's literally public knowledge that you can go through the EEOC yourself. He helped me win a case that involved sexual harassment. He was worth the money. He even offered a plan that is FREE OF CHARGE for those who can't afford his retainer fee. These reviews are bonkers. Thanks Mr.Davis for helping me win a fight I couldn't have done on my own.

I am out of $10K believing this man would win a Wrongful Termination Suit for me. He talks a great game and gains your confidence. I only wish I had found this site before I retained his services. He charged me $7000 to file a claim with the EEOC which I had to do all the work myself by filling out the Charge of Discrimination form. All he did was highlight a few areas and change the font size. Then he convinced me to pay another $3000 to file a Rebuttal with the EEOC. Recently he informed me that the EEOC was going to rule against me; therefore, he requested and was granted a preemptive Right to Sue Letter. Well just great! Now he feels that his job is done and if I want to continue my fight in court, I will have to pay his new retainer fee of $25,000 to $50,000. Just know, everything he did for me I could have done for myself. He conned me into believing my chances were better if I allowed him to fight for me. I took the bait and now I'm out of $10K and looking for another lawyer!

Not only is he rude, but he also seems over confident, although it is crystal-clear apparent he is not even competent. He insulted me, my profession (nurse) as if his job was so much more important than mine, and when I complained about a lack of communication, he told me it was not his job to keep in contact with me, that if I wanted him to call me with updates, it would be AN EXTRA CHARGE. He then hung up on me. Save yourself the time and get a better lawyer, this one is a skeeze ball!!!

10K for a referral to the EEOC. I sued for this and you be the judge and figure if this man could even win that one. I hope you will do the same. Bite me you sob, rip off, look for double billing for starters, look for billing for services not even performed, and for sure a lack of subject matter knowledge. Then go for it he carries insurance. They will pay off.

Misrepresents himself about handling wrongful terminations and refers you to the eeoc when I could have contacted the eeoc on my own

Misrepresented himself. Cost me just under $8k for him to file with the EEOC...you can do it yourself folks. Misled me and I will spend all the free time I have telling anyone who will listen, the truth about this attorny. Choose someone else.
