Mindy is great! A friend referred her to us, and she helped us get what we wanted, and what was best for the kids. It wasn’t pretty, but she did amazing. I so appreciate her and all she does. Thank you!

Mindy is the best! I knew from the first meeting she would be exactly what I needed in representation for my divorce. She's a shark, a fellow New Yorker transplant and excellent in law representation. Don't look any further, she's the best in very difficult situations.

I had a very bad experience with this lawyer. She is bad for children and other living things!

Mindy is an exceptional lawyer who guided me through a very difficult and messy case. She was the only person in the entire legal system that I felt was on my side. She is tenacious, knowledgeable, and ethical.

I also had a bad experience with this lawyer and I would not recommend her to anyone. She often forgot information about my case and I had to remind her about the specifics. She also used the "crystal ball" comment with me numerous times.

I completely seconds what the other reviewer commented. Completely unprofessional and careless.

I want to warn people about this Attorney. I used Mindy Wekselblatt as my divorce Attorney. She added additional stress to a stressful and overwhelming period in one's like. She answers questions with sarcastic remarks. When asked for legal advice, "I do not have a crystal ball" is a common response. She talked to me with little care or respect. My case did not go to trail because I did not feel this attorney had my best interest. I honestly believe she threw the case, she didn't know my case very well, and had several other cases with the opposing counsel. I settled out of court. The opposing counsel wrote up the final judgment. She never showed up to the signing of the paperwork, she never read the actual copy of the legal document that I was to sign. I am still finding surprises to my parenting plan that was not agreed to mediation but was placed in the body of the judgment. Spent over $18,000 in fees and did not step foot in a courtroom . She was my counsel for 3 months.
