The mother of my children requested a refund on the monies paid towards a retainer to this office. Before paying any money toward a retainer she did give a summary of the services that she needed & the type of court case that she had. So she was shocked to get an email stating that these services are not provided by this office. She went online and posted a negative review based on this incident. She was called by Mr Jubran. Stated that he wanted to help her and mentioned the negative review to which she explained she had tried to call his office several times & send email & never received a response when asking about a refund seeing as how the services she requested were known before she paid any money. After speaking with him he refunded just under half of the money she had been charged. He offered pro bono services to which she accepted and went back online to update her review to be more positive of this lawyer. W/in days of the update she was told he will not be representing her.

Mr.Jurbran runs a pipeline as he calls it. He filed an Emergency Hearing for me which was not within the guildines of the Florida Statues. I followed his lead and lost all this money. My son and I went into hiding for 2 days per his recommendaton and it caused severe distress to me, my son and my family. I believe is would be a great attorney if everyone else did not do his work and then hand it to him. My case was very complex and I did not hire a Junior attorney, I hired him. Also, yoiu are required to keeo $5K and replenish it when it goes under that amount. He hired a court reporter without my knowledge and now I have a transcript full of inconsistencies and lies and have no representation to fight this. My son's voicemails and etxt messages of witnessing child abuse were irrelant in a court of law. I asked many times for my son to speak to a judge. It is possible in Florida law. I would not refer him to anyone at this time.

The worst attorney on the planet. He took over $10,000 over 3 months and did nothing. Now my child will be living with my abusive former husband. Totally agree with the above statements regarding how awful not only attorney but person he is. He lies about what he will do for you and his conduct is very unprofessional and unpredictable. No wonder his wife divorced him and their divorce has been so complicated. I will be reporting him to the Florida Bar Association and the BBB. Never use this attorney and stay far, far away from him!!! He holds onto documentation so you have no options to defend yourself or counter any decisions and he is compensated by other attorneys to let your case fall thru the cracks. He pads his compensation for his time. Do not trust the office staff either as they do not respond and if you want anything to be done request a read receipt and delivery confirmation. I hope I save others from going thru a similar situation and if you have used him, report him too.

I called Sam Jubran and as soon as I paid him the 1500 retainer his office misplaced my paperwork, never filed any paperwork with the court and when I tried to get my money back hey was extremely rude!!! I couldn't believe this was the same guy I talked to in the beginning his office is completely disorganized and I would not trust him or his office when it comes to your family. Make sure to do your research. That was 1500 I lost to not get anything but empty words.

I was very pleased with Sam Jubran & found him to be efficient, diligent & worth the money spent. Contrary to several seemingly inaccurate reviews here (probably from the same angry person), I think Sam is one of the best attorneys. He knows his stuff & I found him to be both respectful & fair. He cost less than I projected a case of my caliber.... why people are complaining about his pricing is beyond me. He's an attorney. You need representation. You pay him. Your legal issue is solved. Simple. Resume to your life. Highly recommend Sam Jubran.

Sam Jubran is an excellent lawyer who helped me get custody of my daughter. For all of you fathers out there who want to have a relationship with your children call on this lawyers. He got me custody of my daughter and stopped my child support obligation. I am very grateful and pleased with his knowledge and the way he handled my case. He was obviously much better than my wife's lawyer and it shows.

I paid him and he never filed the court papers. He refused to go to court with my husband after I paid him $1500. He was rude when I went to his office and treatened to call the police on me he is very unprofessional and his demeanor changed completly when I questioned him about how he was handling this matter. I am reporting him to the Florida Bar Assoc and the BBB and will notify Ken Amaro to see if I can get my money back.

This lawyer is terrible. He is dishonest with his work, unethical, unknowledgeable of the law, and gives horrible legal advice. Do not go to him and try avoiding him.
