Click to report rating    3/20/12 My family has used his services on multiple occassions and he seemed trustworthy in the beginning. However, in the most recent case, he said that we lost when we had in fact been rewarded a settlement. He never returned e-mails regarding our case and we even had to go to court and are now paying a bill that should be being paid with the settlement money he never distrubuted or gave to us. I now suspect that he has shortchanged us in previous cases also because he never explained the cash disbursements and neglected to pay certain bills until we notified of collections letters. We are going to seek legal action.If any of you suspect similar misconduct/treatment, please come forward with your stories! RID: 66179

I recently got a medical bill from the doctor which was supposed to be paid by Bill Tran more than a year ago. I tried to contact him by phone and came to his office, but has was never there and never picked up the phone. Very unethical! RID: 56822
