Fred Dahr is very professional and knowledgeable attorney I ever met. He got my case dismissed without any trouble. He helped me to file a writ of habeas corpus. He manage to get writ granted. I always admire his works. Any one who is seeking for serious legal trouble should once meet him.

I hired Fred Dahr to file a motion for non disclosure on a misdemeanor theft that was causing me trouble in getting a job. He was honest & up front about the fact that since this was my second offense it would be harder to get the judge to grant it (my first offense was 13 yrs ago when I was 17). He informed me of everything, responded to calls & emails promptly, & charged me a fair price. He worked w/ the DA before my court date to explain me & my case to her in order to get her to not contest it at court. This was important since they would see this was my second offense. I couldn't believe it when the judge granted my non disclosure & the DA agreed as well. This will greatly help me with getting a job & I couldn't have done it without Fred Dahr. I highly recommend him to anyone with legal troubles. This was a much better experience than w/ my other lawyer who took advantage of my parent's fear & overcharged us & then never returned calls or showed up in court on time.

When my sons court appointed attorney did absolutely nothing to get the DA to come down from a 10yr sentence proposal, I hired Fred. Fred was able to get the DA to agree to 2Yrs. TDC or 7yrs. probation. Fred was excellent at keeping me informed as to what was happening with the case. He is dependable, trustworthy, and a darn good attorney. I would recommend him with the utmost assurance that he will do the best possible job and get you the best possible deal.

every lawer i talked to said it was about 99% guaranteed that i would lose my case. Fred Dahr won my case. if you are innocent and no one else will help you or even listen to you, you need to hire Fred. from the first time we spoke, he knew exactly what he was talking about, and never went more than 2 days without responding to my emails or phone calls. thank god for people like fred, with out him alot of innocent people would be in prison.

Fred Dahr is an excellent, reliable, and professional defense attorney. I have a felony charge of Forgery. It is extremely stressful for me that I made stupid mistake, especially I never have any criminal record in my life. About my case, He did the best to find any possible way to dismiss or minor the charge in certain time frame. Fred always responses quickly to any phone call and e-mail. He will listen all details and give you the most honest advise. I got charged on Oct 13, now my case is dismissed on Dec 6. I am glad that I found him to present me. Highly recommend.

Mr Dahr was hired to represent a friend facing felony charges. While the case was solid, the deal with the prosecutor was more than fair and we all were relieved at the outcome. Would recommend most highly!

I hired Mr. Fred Dahr to handle a non disclosure case and the expungment of my criminal record. He exceeded my expectations in both communications and expertise. Communication wise, every email and phone call was promptly responded to. Expertise wise, he could answer every question that I had. I would definitely recommend Mr. Dahr for anyone trying to clear their record in a timely manner. Also, I live in Dallas and my case was in Houston. I never had to fly back to Houston to appear in court as Mr. Dahr took care of it.

I found Fred to be punctual, knowledgeable and very straightforward in my dealings with him. He was very confident in court and handled my case well. I did take is recommendation by pleading to a lesser charge and getting it dismissed after 30 days. He was very informative and layed the options out to us. I wwould definitely use him again, if I had to (which I hope I never will!). He did not make me feel like a pay check to him. He remembered by name and the facts of my case and was up to date at court. I was attracted by his blog and his recommendations to NOT just cop a plea, but the fight and get your case dismissed and/or later expunged if possible.

Dealing with Mr. Dahar has been very comforting. From the beginning Mr. Dahar seemed knowledgeable, confident, and most importantly caring about the outcome of the case. He quoted me what I thought was a fair price; one price that covered all aspects of the case to the end. He was firm about me being in court on time. And he always arrived early and was ready to present my case. With his guidance, negotiation skills, and persuasive engagement he made a deal with the DA which I was thought was fair.

I recently hired Fred Dahr and he represented me at a very fair rate. Other Lawyers wanted tons more. His knowledge was very comforting and he represented me with confidence and persuaded the judge to sign my petition for non disclosure and I didnt have to say a word... The other people in this thread are false in their accusations and they need to get a new hobby. Thank you Fred you have allowed me to pursue many paths in the years to come. Keith

I hired Mr. Dahr for my Petition for Non-Disclosure becasue of his experience and knowledge of this cases. He always kept open communication with me, and I was able to reach him very easily over the phone or through email. I felt very comfortable having him as my representative. I hired Fred Dahr to handle my order of nondisclosure for me. He was very knowledgeable regarding this issue. He did a wonderful job explaining everything to me regarding my case and even performed follow ups after court to ensure the order was being adhered to by the county and state. I was very satisfied with his performance. Thanks to his work I was successfully hired by the company I wanted to work for right out of college. Mr. Dahr has very little knowledge of criminal law. As he worked on this recent case, he looked up the statutes as the case progressed. While giving the impression that he would defend this client by jury trial as he was hired to do, he does not have enough experience to go the trial. The communication was one way in that we asked the questions and he would look up the answers. He recommended 3 different areas where additional money should be spent in order to properly defend this case (about $3,500.) and not any of the additional information was utilized. He is intimidated by the DA and the Judge and nodded his head indicating "O.K." throughout the entire process. My son is now spending formative time in jail when in fact he was not guilty. The deal with the DA did not turn out at all like it was presented. Fred recommended to his young client that it would be best to plead guilty which is what was done and now this young man is paying a very high price for something he did no
