I had a great experience with this attorney's office. I never met Kevin but my case manager was great. I have been in 2 other accidents before, unfortunately, I live off of a dangerous road. My other 2 cases took longer and they didn't help me with my car either time. This place helped me get extra money for my tires I had recently replaced and got me a couple of thousand on top of it for my back pain I had for 6 weeks after the accident. Your not going to get rich people!!!

Every word of these reviews are true. These people do not care about you. They do not try to get a good settlement for you. Rick Rennie is very rude and a waste of time to talk to. I, too, regret not reading these reviews prior to working with them.

I constantly had to send and resend documents and was then charged for tgeir compilation of records. My case worker changed 3 times during the course of my case and I received VERY little compensation for back injuries I still struggle with 4 years later. Mr. Kurgis even told me I wouldn't get any more because I LOOKED healthy. Very unsatisfied. His office/team couldn't care less about my pain. I was only another way to line their pockets.

I called the attorneys office and had spoken to two different attorneys in less than 10 minutes. Kevin Kurgis and his staff are helping me get the care that I need to get back to my normal life. I have read numerous poor rating comments on this site but I have heard nothing but good things from my family and multiple coworkers that have used the Law Office of Kevin Kurgis. Trust your own experience because some people just love to complain when they do not get what they feel they are entitled to. I would recommend using Kevin Kurgis if you legitimately require legal services.

Had to keep contacting them for updates. In the beginning they promised me the full value of my insurance. I ended up with a tenth of that. Also was told several times by the attorney that got assigned to me that I wouldn't get much even those they made big promises in the beginning. Heck I had to practically push the guy along. Isn't that why I hired them - to do the work so I didn't have to. Never again - don't make the mistake that I did.

Kevin kergis law firm sucks they don't do any work on the case my mother had to take them all kinds of pepper work and bills. The fees are outrageous for the little to no work they do. They never respond to calls or messages, THEY SUCK

Do your research first! I did not and now I am stuck doing everything for my case and then get to pay Kevin Kergid 33% if I get any money! The case worker, Richard Renie is rude and a waste of oxygen to talk to!

I had to deal with this lawyer because he was/ is representing my father. He called me numerous times over the years for small things, but when my grandmother passed and he was the one person I had to count on to get a plane ticket, he suddenly couldn't remember my phone number, wouldn't return my calls, and generally acted nonchalant about the urgency of the situation.

They kept me in the blind about my case the whole time. They never returned any phone calls. We was on bad terms the whole time and when it was time for my case to settle they put my daughter's settlement in a trust fund until she's 18 and she's only 9. But they never warned me or spoke with me about this at all before the settlement.

By FAR the worst expierence ever! I wish I would have done my research before deciding on hiring an attorney. I'm highly disappointed in the outcome of my case. I had to do most of the work myself, including requesting my bills and records and getting them to my case manager, Richard Rennie. I felt as if I was continuously being lied to and he was reluctant to giving me any information on my case. He was also unreliable when it came to returning my phone calls. I had to talk to his supervisor numerous times. I would have been better off handling the case myself.

It has been over a year since my accident and still nothing. I have done most of my case workers work and all he knows how to do it make me feel stupid. I called him millions of times and I might get a call back 2wks later. He even likes to talk to other ppl in his room when he is on the phone with you and you hear everything. I would not recommend The Law offices of Kevin Kurgis to anyone especially when they are taking 33.3% of your pain and suffering. Rick Renny was my case worker and he is a joke.

I really regret not looking at this site and doing research prior to hiring the attorney. The staff acts like you're annoying them when you call. No one ever calls you for updates. I have been through a lot of experiences in my life. This is the WORSE customer I have ever gotten. I do have to mention that there are FEW nice respectable staff members.

They are highly unprofessional and customer service is terrible. They did no real work on this case but will still take their cut due to MY pain and suffering. Case manager ignores calls and you have to hunt someone down to get an update.

My daughter and used him and she got stuck with all her hospital bills from an accident that the other person was charged with causing. He had her sign off on the insurance right away before the hospital bills came in. That way he gets some money right away and you get screwed. I think he's in cahoots with the insurance companies.A Iady I work with said he did the exact same thing to her sister in law.

I never got to talk to anyone unless they called me. I think i could of did this by myself without paying any money out. I never got to meet my lawyer if i knew that going in i would of never went there.. They just need to keep us up to speed on our cases...

I can never get anyone to just answer the damn phone and tell me what I need to know. If it was not for the clients they would not be making****. I already accepted the offer from the insurance agency and cant get a damn answer from DANA about what the insurance compnay is saying now

I cannot fairly rate the other areas on this survey for this attorney because I have had no action on my case and zero communication regarding the status of my case. I selected a 3 for neutral on all other rating areas. My major complaint with this attorney's office is non communication. Mr. Kurgis has case managers that are assigned to your case once the intake employees meet with you and accept you as a client. Since hiring this firm, my case manager has ignored all of my efforts to reach them. Voicemails have gone unanswered, there has been no response to emails, no reply to a written inquiry regarding the case. I am left in the dark. The case managers are a reflection of the company and leave one lacking in confidence.
