William Wingard has to be the worst lawyer in Arizona. He is an expert at telling you want to hear. But when it came time for court his solution was to agree on everything and fight for it down the road. Run far far away from this attorney.

After reading all these negative comments I had to chime in! Bill did everything I asked in a timely and proficient manner. The outcome of my divorce was directly due to his knowledge and professionalism. I ended up with full custody of my 4&7 year old children. As a father I would have to say not only did he fight for my rights but the safety of my children as well.

Over promises and way under delivers. After he gets your money he turns into another person and will avoid you. This guy needs to have his license revoked. Piece of S#!T. I was better off representing myself knowing nothing about family law. He must have gotten his degree from a Cracker Jack box!!

Bill wingard never filed my paperwork for child support correctly and now I owe 47000 to my child's biological father because it shows as an overpayment. I've tried calling his number for a week and there has been no answer....not even an anseering machine!

The biggest nightmare I have ever had to deal with. I had to hire another attorney to fix all the errors William Wingard made in filing my divorce case.

In my opinion Bill is the worst attorney I have ever seen. My wife had him do her divorce and he has screwed her over so bad. He told her to not collect child support and to go back later to get it because and i quote "it will be easier this way".He hit on my wife, saying he hated his wife (lacy)because, and I quote "she is a lazy house wife"and was planning on divorcing her as soon as he was done building his case against her. He asked my wife out on a date as he was representing her and her case. He has 2 daughters Harley and Hanna. He also has another kid that lives out of state. We have personal stories regarding his kids to back up all things said in this rating. We sure hope Harley is ok after falling off the table and hit her head. Slim ball all the way in my opinion. I would love to run into him in public so I could announce out loud what a loser I think he really is. We have spent over $10,000 fixing all his mistakes that he caused. In my opinion He should be disbarred.

His advice and directions are sound. He was recommended by other very high paid, company attorneys who stated they do not know why he does not charge more. They also stated he is more interested in helping people with the issue than the notarity or dollars. I recommend him anytime. And in fact for those of you that provide a negative rating - you may want to step back and ask yourself why?

I had to hire another lawyer to take care of the mistakes William Wingard made in my divorce case. Very quick to Bill but had to wait weeks for him to respond to phone calls.

This Laywer is horrible! He quoted me 1000 to do a debt resolution to enforce debt becuaes my spouse was not paying up. After we burned through the 1000, nothing was still done. He would not return calls, and would not engage the issues. I even gave him the solutions to most of the issues and he still wouldn't do anything. It almost seemed that he was more concerned with the opposing counciles petition than mine. I had 7 to 10 items on my petition and he made no progress on any of them, although, oddly enough, he managed to bring a meeting together with opposing council about their issues... What the Hell! Never hire this man, promise me!

This man is a joke. I would not refer him to anybody. Sounds like he really supports the women in their cases, but puts nothing into the mens. I have been very disappointed in Mr. Wingard, and if he is running for Judge I think it would be really sad to have him on the bench, if he cannot be fair with both men and women, (which by complaints filed seems to be his nature.) He should be willing to be fair if you intend to become a Judge.

Very disappointed in this Attoney. Charged way too much with no results. Wanted us to throw in the towel, and basically give up. I'm concerned where he is running for a Judgeship. How sorrowful it would be to have some one like him on the bench.

Wingard did nothing to help me. He kept telling me that this was the best outcome for my divorce/custody that I was going to get and that I should sign the decree(one-sided) and get it over with. Your the man and men don't ever win. I believed him because he's the attorney and does this everyday. Told me that we would just take her back to court in a couple of months to modify. I am going back to court with a different lawyer to fix the mess. Wingard cost me money and time. I would not recommend him to anyone. Wish I would have found this site before hiring him.

Bill Wingard did my custody modification recently. Funny, I read these comments and have to think they are talking about someone else. My experience was nothing but what was promised. No flash or promises, just the result that I was told.

Mr. Wingard has caused me more depression and sadness with my divorce. He told me he that he put in for a temporary order that he never did. I had to go to the court myself and find out that he never filed for it after he had told me he did. Now 2 months later I am completely broke but I'm sure he won't forget to send the bill.

Nothing but problems in having William Wingard as my former attorney. Only completed a portion of what he promised. I am still dealing with the nightmares that William has caused in working on my case.

Seems to care about resolving issues. Honest and does what he can. Very nice, and seems to know when to push issues.
