Nick represented me and was completely incompetent. When I asked him any question his answer was he did not know or it would cost $5,000 to find out.As a result of complaining to him He abandoned me and caused me financial harm. Consequently, I filed a complaint with the TNBOPR and he had to take a remedial ethics class according to Sandy Garrett Chief Disciplinary Counsel. He does not prepare. But, has many alliances...including what money might buy.

This man is brilliant!!! He is the best lawyer in Tennessee!!! I was very impressed and he was worth my money!! He is the sweetest man and only seeks to help people so if you need a lawyer, I recommend him to anyone seeking an attorney.

Hes a great lawyer, and is a complete genius! I dont know why the person that commented on this in a mean way. Nick is a better lawyer than that person will ever be!

Wish I could get the email of the other person that is complaining about Nick..He also pulled a fast one on me..He WAY over charged me..I"m going to report him to the TN board..If the other person sees this email..Please email me at RUGTUG@aol.com..We need to report Nick..He is a thief
