David was great representing my Son who was in college at the time. Using a PI to get to the truth and working with the DA to get the charges dropped and then expunged! I highly recommend him.

I only use David Whaley he was my lawyer against henrico in many cases oh n chesterfeild for a felony ! I win every time I love this guy he is the truth ! He gets the job done I've hired him over 6 times never lose one case u r the next David Whaley

I had gotten a consultation with almost 10 attorneys in the RVA area. Most were telling me that it would be near impossible to go to trial and get acquitted. Many of these attorneys only offered to plead guilty or no contest on my behalf in order to get minimal sentence. When I talked to Mr. Whaley, the first thing he told me was that "I've never won a case by pleading guilty or being soft." During the court trial, Mr. Whaley came in with a solid understanding of the relevant laws and the circumstances of my case. He pinpointed the fallacies in the prosecution, and proved to the judge that what my action were not illegal according to the statue/law I was accused of violating. I was found not guilty, and acquitted. Mr. Whaley has a professional, yet aggressive approach, and is not afraid to take the prosecutor head-on. Even when the odds are against you, Whaley's got the experience and knowledge to find a way out.

I should have rated this wonderful attorney a long time ago. He handled a couple of my cases. He's the best, was able to put my mind at ease from the beginning, and very accessible. Had my best interest in mind at all times. He met with me promptly when I contacted him. Highly recommended!
