Very accommodating and not intimidating!!!
Most of the time law firms and lawyers even if we're retaining them, they tend to get so intimidating. Well not Barbara Gervase. They have a very professional yet friendly atmosphere. Everyone is ready to help.
You can tell right away that Barbara is a very good lawyer and also have a very good team with her. Very impressed of how fast they were and always easy to communicate with. I called and text Barbara anytime of the day whenever I had questions or just getting an update with my case and she always answered back right away. She was very patient with me and always assured me that everything was going to be ok. They don't waste time there and you can tell every case is taken seriously.

Memorable lawyer. She is responsive. She will meet with you when she says she will. She takes time out of her day to talk to you on the phone. Gives updates consistently. Took the stress out of my life little by little until the case was ruled in my favor. Highly recommend this lawyer to anyone in the area who is searching for a competent one. Thank you!

Had a really messy divorce. Barbara and her team were able to clean up that mess, and considering how disastrous my marriage ended, that's saying something. She is completely transparent and will fight for your case to make sure you walk away with whatever you walked in with. I strongly recommend her.

Nasty woman. Does not return calls. Makes mistakes that cost tens of thousands of dollars. Extremely slow to execute paperwork including QDRO. Do not retain! Great attorney in the eyes of the other side. Throws shade at the husband at sit downs. Too bad that doesn't amount to results. My ex-husband is laughing all the way to the bank!

Highly overpriced, which would be ok if you thought she was your trusted advisor but she comes across more like a salesman. Complete lack of communication really made the experience miserable.
