A simple speeding ticket. Poor feedback to me on status and court dates. She actually MISSED a court date and had to have it rescheduled. Didn't push for any waiver or non-moving violation, added no value b/c I ended doing traffic school and paying full ticket price. Her only defense was "we'll see if the officer shows up" - of course he did, and that was that - that's all she did. Waved the white flag. I can't believe Hyatt Legal keeps her.
