Cindy was my divorce attorney. She is SMART and fair. She able to cut through the drama and emotions of a divorce and work on what is best for her client and consequently, any children who are involved. She doesn't use typical lawyer $500 words and puff you up. She just thinks it through and works very hard. I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. I highly recommend her!

i used her for my divorce in 1997. she came highly recommended from another lawyer. since i had never been divorced before, i trusted the referrel. at first, she was on my side, telling me that things were good for me, but as things unfolded over the course of time, she did not inform me as to what my choices were and i ended up in court for a final hearing when i expected it to be a preliminary hearing, she never informed me about what she was doing on my behalf, just asked for payments. when i informed her about certain issues that i knew i had rights to, she told me i didn't have those rights. i didn't know what to do, she's my lawyer, she knows best, right?, wrong...needless to say, i got screwed and having never been through this experience before, i didn't know what to do. what i should have done was fire her on the spot and get a new lawyer. DO NOT USE HER.

It was difficult to speak with her and when I did few of my concerns were answered to my satisfaction.

I hired Cindy to represent me in coming to a seperation agreement about 3 months ago. I received very little communication from here during that time, except when pushed, and no offers were placed in writing to my husband's attorney. Almost all communication was verbal between her and his attorney, and no progress has been made. My entire retainer, however, has been spent with little to show for it, in my opinion. I have since decided to retain a new attorney.
