Mark has gotten greedy and lazy. He was fairly good a few years ago, at least with contract law; however, now his main concern is making money. Unfortunately, him and his associate greatly overstated their knowledge in divorce / child custody, and the results were disasterous including my loss of primary custody and complete drain of all my savings and retirement, despite me being a fit mother. His firm has done so much damage, that I'm not sure if I'll ever recover. Hiring this firm was almost as big of a mistake as trusting my ex-husband during our marriage!

I have used this lawyer twice in 14 years for a divorce and for a realestate issue. He is reliable and resolved the issues promptly saving me time, money and anxiety. I am recommending him to my freinds. I am a nurse PhD but legal issues can be complex and are best handle by a lawyer who is of good character ~ I recommend him highly.

Assisted a close friend resolve a serious legal issue within days and saved her family home from forclosure.

Attorney handled my divorce with professinalism, I was satisfired with the agreement. In addition, he was prompt (including weekends ) to return my calls.

I understand this attorney was involved in unethical activity. Records may exist with the Connecticut Bar Association. Personally, I was troubled when Atty Balaban, who represented me, entertained representing the opposing attorney in my case. Not a tiger. Lost my case.
