I was so stressed out with harassing phone calls and being threatened about being put in jail. Stone Law Firm and Attorney Daniel Stone handled it for me. Now all I do Is make a small monthly payment on all my debts. No more harassing calls all hours of the day and night. My wife and I aren’t arguing anymore. Thank you Stone Law Firm and Attorney Daniel Stone!!!

Mr. Stone cares about your case. He actually gives you his personal cell number so you can call him after hours or on weekends if there is an emergency. I would highly recommend .

I am not sure what happened. I did my research and based on it, I chose Daniel. Like the review above me, he was just not professional. I always had to call him to ask questions. He did not complete everything that needed to be completed. He did not find answers to questions that I had. To this day, he said he was going to call me back in January to answers a question I had after everything got finished up with the court, he still has never called me. When I would ask questions to him on the phone, he would tell me some bland answer that NEVER ANSWERED MY QUESTION. Instead of saying he didn't know or let me find out, he just gave me some group of words that were not an answer. Many times on the phone he would rush to get me off the phone, like he was in a hurry. I don't expect a personal assistant, but a 10 or 15 minute phone call 2 or 3 times when filing bankruptcy shouldn't be a problem. Everytime I called, he was just not helpful and always in a hurry to get me off the phone.

He did not deal with my bankruptcy in a proefssional manner, was ill prepared, and since my home mortage was my primary concern he left that with me to deal with. I am concerding a malpractice law suit against him. Do not consult him!!!
