My fiancee and I used Stephen Olear for our prenuptial agreement. He was thorough, took the time to explain the process and answer our questions. Working with Mr Olear took a lot of the worry out of what can be a tense situation. he helped us through and we are now happily married! I would recommend his services to anyone that needs good family law assistance.

Mr. Olear did not communicate, return emails or phone calls in a timely manner, if at all. I felt poorly representated in court such that financial spreadsheets I prepared were not reviewed sufficiently prior to court or understood and therefore could not respond to the judge accordingly, Has failed to complete court documents in a timely manner. Has not sent drafts or any copies of final divorce papers (or for that matter nor were any court-submitted documents sent to me throughout the trial wich included multiple MSC hearings and two trial dates). Has sent no formal invoice , just an email with amount owing (which was paid), and to date did not provide final receipts.
