	3/18/19	I've never had any real communication with Bo Luxman; I have however dealt with his assistant Sheila Wells. Communication is very poor, I've called and emailed several times only not to receive a call back or a response to my email. It can be very frustrating when you've retained a professional, only to realize that they lack in professionalism. It only takes a moment to return a call or respond to an email. When I say it's literally impossible to get answers.... it's impossible. I've been dealing with her on an issue since January, it is now March and I know no more now than I did in January. Communication with a lawyer is very important regardless to what the issue is - a client and the attorney/assistant should have the ability to communicate effectively so that whatever is going on each is up on the matter. To say unprofessional is an understatement!
	11/16/18	I work in a health care office located in another state. Our patient was a client of Luxman Law Firm. Communication with this business was impossible; They do not return calls. They settled the personal injury case for our patient and did not honor our medical lien. In other words, they paid the patient/client a portion and kept the rest of the settlement payout. Extremely unethical Law practice.
	5/9/11	Bo Luxman handled my chapter 7 and he did a great job. I was going to try to do it myself but I'm glad I did not try to do that. It ended up being alot more involved than I thought it would. Mr. Luxman was always there to answer my questions and he handled everything that came up in my case. I never felt worried. I would definitely receommend this attorney. Thanks Bo!
	8/27/10	Hired Bo last year on a recommendation. He is a very nice guy. He handled things for me and my family. He is abit scatter brained. Luckily for me and his clients his assistant Christian is the ying to Bo's yang. They go together very well. Where Bo's is lacking Christian seems to be strong and vise/versa. Overall good experience. So far!
	7/30/09	I explained my situation, and he said there was no way I was going to jail. I never changed my story, but had to remind him at each court date. On the trial date, his tone and attitude changed and said that I could go to jail for the maximum sentence and be found guilty because the judge was black and I was white. I will always regret hiring Bo. My life is still difficult to manage because of his lack of professionalism and very questionable ethics. I gave him a 2 on communication and knowledge because he proved he could read and "SPIN."
	4/1/07	Very personable guy. Easy to talk to about your situation. Really seems to care about his clients. Treated us like family. Talks ALOT, but seems to know what he's talking about. Super nice guy. Not a stereo-typical attorney.
