Tim Stodalka, is a great lawyer! Our Business has used Tim as our lawyer for many years. He provides outstanding service and you could not ask for a more knowledgeable and ambitious lawyer that goes above and beyond for his clients. I have a very hard time believing some of the negative comments on this site, as over the course of more than 20 years Tim has done outstanding work for us. We have not one complaint.

Tim is more of a criminal then the criminals in jail. He uses both sides to escalate the divorce in everyway he can and lies to the justice system putting in knowingly false and fraudulent affidavits. This man has no intent of finishing a divorce fast for either side and accounts for it to go on as long as he can knowingly advising clients of false information they make their judgements on. To have this as part of the justice system shows the true corruption in the whole system itself. He advises of a cost and bills out a considerable amount more as the client is at his mercy. There needs to be an investigation into this lawyer and I highly advise that you do not use this lawyer ever as he has no interest in ever resolving anything for anyone until his pockets are filled and the situation so far gone that its left to the courts to deal with and when you have nothing but lies it costs money to produce the truth in order for the wrongs done to be made right stay away from this snake

He's a snake in the grass. Not to be trusted and will work either side of the street like a prostitute. He can belittle his opponent in court but does not take what he dishes out. Talks out of both sides of his mouth. Stay far away from him and do not hire him as a lawyer!

Tim is the first honest up front lawyer we have dealt with in a ongoing 5 year seperation and divorce case . I highly recommend he be the your first lawyer as he seemed to actually care enough for a honest opion . Only complaint is he is a bit slower to respond but i would guess due to having other cleints . He is a fun nice man to converse with

He is very knowledgeable but that's where his value ends. He never return calls and is so busy that he forgets important deadlines and in my situation he failed to inform me of a legal requirement and it cost me thousands to fix. He is smart but absolutely lacking in every other area. Go elsewhere

When you go through a divorce your life turns upside down. The tendency is to blame everyone and everything except yourself. The lawyer is the easy one to blame. Tim is competent, knowledgeable and yes I agree, he is busy. At times I questioned some things but remember he has other clients as well. If you are ready to pay for a full time dedicated lawyer it would cost 1000 times more. My specifics; father, business owner, arrested 3 times due to accusations by ex wife, accused by ex wife and charged with assault on ex wife and child, assault trial with wife, accused by ex wife of being on drugs, drug tested, custody battle, trial with child eventually dropped due to ex wife's lies. Ex wife lied to police about everything to try to get me to give up custody of the kids and give her money. With Tim I fought and I won everything. Tim did a great job and my kids love spending 100% time with me. Get involved with your case and help your lawyer help you.

Tim is a brilliant lawyer with the ability to bring about positive results when none are in sight. He can be busy at times but he always made sure I was taken care of. Tim is the guy you want in your corner rather than opposing you. There are few lawyers in the Province with less experience, knowledge and ability than Tim. He turned my nasty divorce into an amicable separation!

Tim shines in your first meeting giving you an overwhelming assurance that your separation or divorce will be quickly handled in your best interests. Once he knows he has you on board he suddenly becomes far too busy to support your interests leading you to believe it is your ex's lawyer stalling when it is actually him. Getting a current statement of your pending legal services will not be provided until you have begged for your invoice for six to nine or more months pass. Be prepared for an outlandish amount charged for very little if any legal assistance in return. Oh and if you complain about his lack of response or availability for your file, be prepared to have him tell you to find another lawyer after you already owe $15,000 or more with no end in sight

One has to wonder how this fellow managed to graduate grade 12 before studying Law. Incompetent in the extreme. Why not put it off until tomorrow if I can't be bothered to do it tday? Or don't I know how to do it? Or don't I know what should be done? Whoever rated him as 2, must have a morbid sense of humour.

Due to his lack of performance and commitment to my case I have suffered extreme undue emotional hardship. I'm unsure why he didn't tend to my case promptly (as promised) but the ramifications of his lack of legal assistance has turned an amicable divorce into a mud bath.
